What happens during the first session?
I do my best to understand you, your challenges, and the barriers that have prevented you from moving forward. You will gain strategies that are likely to immediately help. You will have a clear understanding of what to do on your own to improve your situation and/or relationship.
What is your cancellation policy?
As much notice as possible, 24 hours prior to cancellation is preferred. I do not charge a fee. For clients who repeatedly do not give reasonable notice, that client loses their right to schedule ahead and can contact me on the day they want a session. If I have an opening that day, they will be able to schedule.
